  Did a "JUMP" from a Samsung 7 Edge to an LG G6 - did the "promotion" for the "Free" Tablet. They lost my trade in, so I am still getting charged per month for a phone I don't have. T-Mobile tells me I am still liable even though I handed my phone to the pregnant Team Member of T-Mobile. I have called twice to customer service and be on the phone with three team members that keep telling me that it takes time to locate the phone that I handed to a T-Mobile Employee that didn't ship it back to the warehouse correctly. So now I am riding the companies a** to get this straightened out. About a half hour of my time is wasted on this every time I call. This isn't the first time they have been shady either. I have tried to handle the "JUMP" program on line and send my phones back that way. They have lost one, that I was in the end responsible for - still paying on mind you. Another one they said it had water damage - I asked for them to send that one back to me since I am still paying on that - nothing nada zip. This by far is one of the shadest companies I have used. One good thing is they are now after complaining sending my $250.00 Visa gift card. I would just give em the finger and move on but I am trying to pay my bills and be responsible. I will be searching for a different phone company after this though. Good Luck to you future customers though.
