  DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE. This was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Somehow they managed to mess up almost every aspect of our new phone plan and when we called to try and get it fixed, weeks went by with no progress, they never followed up so we had to keep calling, and on the final time a girl named Irene cused at me and called ME inappropriate. Seriously one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences of my life. After how long I’ve been with Sprint, I expected better. Four months later and to no avail, we’re still trying to fix the things they messed up. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Sprint location that is actually associated with corporate or choose a different phone provider.
