  Great transaction! What I see at point of quote is really what I got 3 weeks later (after they shipped me the box + I shipped it back to them). Along the way, I emailed them back and forth updating them that I've sent the laptop back to them after receiving their box & shipping label. They responded with a "Thank You" within hours. It's cute because their low-cost operations via non-express shipping is indicative that you're dealing with a small business. SUPPORT YOUR SMALL BUSINESSES! Especially if they are honest and responsive... AND they offer the highest $$ amount for your used gadget. Oh and did I mention they send you a cashier's check, not a standard check written out of a checkbook? This nice touch gives you the confidence that the check will never bounce.
