  We are from Carson and needed parts for our pellet stove after having a disaster of an experience with Sierra Hearth and Home. I am not sure where the reviews come from about the person on the phone being negative. The women we spoke with, Jamie, was extremely helpful. She was able to get us most of the parts we needed that day as they had them in stock. She ordered the other part and got it for us in less than a week. After three months of struggle with Sierra Hearth and Home, they were able to fix our issues in less than a week. She was able to figure out what stove we had and got us the exact parts we needed. We will be coming back here and sending all of our friends. Also, they do service calls in Carson which we did not know about until this happened. If you need help, I would definitely reach out to them.
