Otherwise, they will make up extra fees when you have no choice but to agree. Sales person said nothing about any possible additional fees. She just wanted to make a sale. Just simply poor customer service after the sale. As well as during. They will be my last choice or last resort for appliances. Still waiting for a call back from owner. So much for trying to go local. Home Depot has better service!!!!!!!
