They were able to pull up a diagram of the agitator to sell me exactly the parts I needed. I also need to repair my dryer because it sounds like there's always shoes inside, rasttling around. I had not taken it apart yet, but showed the reps here a video with the sound my dryer was making and they were able the sell me the right parts to getbthe job done. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
